Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FoVR Interactive handles information in Diamond Easy, a VR diamond-painting game for Meta Quest.

Information Diamond Easy collects

Diamond Easy does not require a FoVR account and does not send FoVR your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, voice recordings, or payment-card details. FoVR does not currently operate analytics, advertising, telemetry, or crash-reporting services inside the game.

Local game data

Your artwork progress, save data, and settings are stored locally on your headset. FoVR does not receive this data. It remains on your device unless the Meta Quest platform provides a device backup or cloud service that you have enabled. Removing the game may remove its local data; your headset and Meta account settings control any platform backups.

Meta Quest and Meta Horizon services

Diamond Easy is distributed through Meta's platform. Meta may process device, account, store, entitlement, safety, and technical information under its own terms and privacy policies. That processing is controlled by Meta, not FoVR. Please see Meta's Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Purchases and any future in-app purchases may be handled by Meta. FoVR does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Meta may provide FoVR with limited transaction or entitlement information needed to confirm that content is available to you.

Website analytics and support

The FoVR website uses Google Analytics to understand general website traffic. This is separate from Diamond Easy and is covered by the FoVR website privacy policy. If you contact FoVR for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. We use it only to respond and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for support, legal, or security purposes.

Children's privacy

Diamond Easy is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Meta account age requirements and parental controls apply on the Meta Quest platform. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to FoVR, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Data retention and security

Because FoVR does not receive local game progress or settings, FoVR does not retain that data. Information voluntarily sent to support is retained only as described above. We use reasonable safeguards for information we hold, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information FoVR holds about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and fulfil it. For information controlled by Meta, submit your request to Meta.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Diamond Easy's features or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL, and the “Last updated” date will show when it changed.
